HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO BLUESKY EYEWEAR?

  • To return an item, please complete the returns form that was sent out with your order. If you did not receive or have lost your returns form, please contact a member of our Customer Services
  • We ask that all returns are sent to: Customer Services, BLUESKY EYEWEAR, 50A Walsworth Road, Hitchin, SG4 9SU.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.


WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO INCLUDE ON THE RETURNS FORM?

We would kindly ask that you include the following information on our returns form:

  • Order date
  • Date order received
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Your details - full name and address
  • Product information - product code, name, and colour
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange
  • If you would like an exchange, the details of the product you would wish to exchange for Reason for the return


WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns with in 7-10 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.


HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

  • Once our team have processed your refund, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for the refund to appear in your account.


RETURNS POLICY

  • In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a refund or exchange, you are most welcome to send back your purchase within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging and with your proof of purchase.
  • If you have any issues with your frames, lenses or any other part of your glasses, please send us an email hello@blueskyeyewear.com and we will do our best to sort it out straight away.
  • All our glasses come with unlimited after sales service. Pop into store and one of our team will check, adjust and fix any minor repairs at no extra cost.
